Now the investigations in implants of artificial parts of the human body are very advanced.
There is a new technique for implant the superior part of the femur with witch making less damage to the patient and with shorter hospital stays the person can return to walk normally. Other parts of bones can be substituted with this technique.
For the development of this new implant the Scientifics have investigated with new materials in cadavers.
The material that has been chosen has a structure that favours the integration of the strange piece in the organism of the person.
The advances of this type of implant are relationed too with the design of it; it is totally new: is smaller than the actual implants, and this make easier the operation to implant it.
This new type of implants is now on the last period of development, and soon it will be used in hospitals.
